I told my cousin to check out one of my characters, he deleted it instead. But I am on Valefor today, gonna hang out with Yggdrasil for a few hours, come to think of it I never got the chance to meet you on Cerberus, I'll be on Cerberus again tonight I hope. Let's just see how it goes on uhh......Valefor. Brain shorted out.

I don't recall seeing your PC anywhere. @_@ You WAS going to come then your child got hyped up on Xmas cookies and didn't want to nap which in turn negated our meeting.

Congrats! That was one of the best feelings i ever had in ffxi. It ranked up there with beating Alexander in WoTG, and getting full Homam. Man, just thinking about it makes me want to pick it abck up again. If I hadn't already been sucked into ffxiv I would...

Just got Vayu's Staff +3 (Garuda Version) last night. Also put 5/15 Garudites into the final version.

Now that I have that... the only 2 things left on my to-do list are:

Finish Armageddon (85) and Nirvana

Check the Goals of the week thread for my new project list. I'd put it in my signature... but it's too damn big.

I had my first ‘REAL’ voidwatch experience a couple times over the weekend. And while I’m not super fond of the drop system. I do actually enjoy this event. Kinda excited about it (for now) because I’m sitting on 270 stones…so I can spam a bunch.

First day I joined a group that was going through the Sandy Path. Went through all 5 or 6 mobs getting all the Key items & Atmas they had to offer. So sandy is done ^^. I didn’t get any special items but the KIs/Atmas/Clears was more than enough.

Yesterday I joined a group fighting the Bugard, which got me the KI needed to hold 4 stones followed by later joining a Kaggen group with got me the KI to have 2 Atmas. Spend about 700k+ curor upgrading my new Atmas. Looking forward to getting some decent stuff.

Took my THF out to Dangruf Wadi and got a Seasoning Stone and a Fossilized Fang. Then went to Ranguemount Pass with my BLU, killed the Oculus (Bilesuckers have sh!tty drop rates) and got another Seasoning Stone plus a Fossilized Bone. So I got the Limit Break KI and an Olde Rarab Tail. Who knows when I'll get to do the actual fight.

Also got VW started.... merely got the items from the officer.. didn't go on a run.

Well, if it makes you feel better (probably not); prior to joining Yyg on Valefor last year...I came back from a ...hmm, 6 year hiatus and upon logging on my account, I found all my characters missing. SE claimed they never existed and could nothing about it--so I just downloaded the complete pack via Steam and started up. All things considered, we had a really crappy FoV system back then that did not auto-renew, and became gimp after the mid 30's, and I basically duo/solo grinded all the way to 70-75 before stepping in Abyssea. For some reason, we had this crazy mentality back then that leeching was considered a sin, or something. Ironic that is since the last time I played (around November 2011) everyone was leeching via GoV, and then onto Aby...heh.

Ah hell, now I'm getting an itch to play--better stop while I'm ahead of myself.

Dynamis was cancelled last night (and maybe for good, which would suck) so I got a few people together and finished my Ravager's Mask +1 and Ravager's Mufflers +1. Together with the skilling up lately, i'm pushing for ungimping my Warrior.

Do you have a schedule at all for Dynamis that I could maybe tag along every once in awhile? Or is it just decided on a whim? I don't have Tav access, but would like to try out the other CoP areas.

I’m usually online by 8pm ish (cst). That’s when we put the kids to bed and the wife goes to work out. although I’m off Thursday so I can go during the day if needed.

Within the first hour I try to hit Dynamis so I’m not up till the wee hours of the night. If I don’t make it by then, there’s a slim chance I’ll go…some light convincing will probably change my mind though ><. Lately I’ve been doing clears/f.item runs for people and myself but soon I’ll go back to straight up currency farming to help fund a 95 Farsha (/sigh). You’re welcome to join anytime, although I try to keep it to 3 people only if I’m farming anything. But 90% I’m solo or duoing anyway.

Whatever your always welcome. Just shoot me a reminder tell.

I should be on tonight if you want to tag along. It will be probably a CoP area (not tav) and I think I’ll be helping out a member or 2 with the clear. I’m personally done with Tav but I’ll occasionally go there to help some buddies with xp/F.items. I’ll eventually hit sandy this week though…I can’t find my monster trousers anywhere (not in any storage or on any NPCs…I’m very depressed) so I’ll be re-farming those :/

Speaking of Tav…I popped the NQ boss for fun. Got Diab of Clubs. Easy solo, so.. {Dynamis –Tav Silver} {/check}
Later I popped again for a friend and got Diab of Hearts…we didn’t last long. Spammed Death ><.

Oh, and incase any of you were wondering. There are 2 relic pieces that require xp from Tav. to upgrade the ‘enhanc xys’. You CAN work on both pieces at the same time although it splits up the xp

so if you kill a mob for 100xp, you’ll get 50 xp for trial A and 50 xp for trial B. But!!!! Xp rings DO work.
So 200 xp, 100 per trial.
