GoV is pretty sweet. Kinda dangerous cuz you could run into mobs outta your level. The bonus structure is pretty sweet if you're gonna in a place doing the same 'OP' for a while. The chests in GoV areas drop good stuff tho.

Only thing is I generally go around 8 or 9 pm cst. Kids are in bed by that time and the wife is either working out or watching some horrible ‘Real housewives of whogivesafuck’.

I most commonly see PLD, BLU, COR, PUP and RDM where I farm. Pretty sure it’s random (seeing as I have all the pieces) but those are noticeably common. Seriously I drop 1-2 blu bodies a night. With TEs, it’s honestly best to have 1 or 2 people get them. Just tell the rest of the party to sit pretty at the camp spot for 10 minutes, or even start after the 3rd TE.
Obviously the more people, the more headache. When I go with anymore than 3, I designate 2 people to proc. No one touches the mob till proc’d otherwise the purpose is defeated. You’ll still get stragglers though.

Basty has some crowding issues imHo. Might be a lot easier if you can sic your pet on the TEs. But the TEs were all heavily guarded in really tight areas. Wasn't fun.

Crowded TEs are not a problem for Bst (or at least a moderately smart Bst). It’s a simple sic pet, heel, wait till TE mobs is in safe area, then ‘leave’. All links depop cept the TE. Similar to carby pulling yet the pet doesn’t insta-drop. I dare not try it on anything but bst lol unless I’m sac pulling.

Basically you kill the NM (Sandy had 2) that drops the pop-item (bijou) for the boss and then pop the boss and zerg. I've only ever zerg'd it prior to getting any TE's. I'd like to know how much a proc'd zone boss drops

The upside to GoV is, you get some rediculously great EXP. The downside is, you may not get gil or tabs from the page because of the whole time requirement.

But, whatever, imo, the exp is obviously the greater of the 3 (unless you're just really fucking greedy).

That would be fine with me if I wasn't doing Abyssea with my LS at that time (when I'm on). Lately though... I'll be honest... they are on a Emp. Weapons kick and pushed getting af3 upgrades off the burner. I'm not interested in Emp. Weapons. The prerequisite NMs have pop-times that are not conducive to when I play.

The NMs to get the zone-boss pop-item? I'm sure you could most likely duo and maybe solo a NM for the bijou. I duo'd the ones in Xarc that have dropped.

I've done 2 zone boss low-manning sessions. Basty was simple and relatively ez... we had a group of maybe 4-5 and proly one person died cuz of {Death} not getting stunned or something. Sandy was a whole different fish. We weren't expecting it to spawn w/ two buddies. We kinda panicked and the leader (mayb I should clarify... I'm the farming leader not the clearing one) split our powers among all the three mobs instead of sleeping the 2 and killing the boss like we should have done. Think they went in and killed it rather easily when I wasn't there w/ that strategy. Someone in the LS said that DL is pretty easy now and can be killed with 6 people.

It's a great time for me. I'll continue to look for you. Work has been hell lately, so I haven't been on more than a couple hours the last week or so, but that should be ending soon.

Got Dark Knight to level 50; then Dauntless gets on, helps me with the 'In Defiant Challenge' quest, and can now level up 5 more levels.

Seriously, I owe like half my character to Daunt.

Goading belt... for my useless SAM
Got Limbus 2nd limbus drop for SAM af1 +1 ... though IDK what I'd want to make this time (legs last time) since it's all pretty lol at this point.
In that Limbus run we got someone enough ABC's for their Brutal. We donated the coins so that a WAR might finally get his earring.
On said Limbus run I guess I parsed just 1000 dmg under the WAR on my THF.
2/6 for Charis tights +2
Capped STR merits... again.

Best accomplishment: My LS leader went thru his notes and noticed I've been kinda getting hosed when it comes to af3. All the NMs we are doing lately for people's Emp. Weapons aren't dropping much that I need for the jobs that I have.

Finished the first three trials towards my new Gaxe. Gonna go lock myself in Zeruhn Mines and do pages while throwing Raging Rush on bats 800 times now.

Got Warrior halfway to 83 in a bird party in Woodlands too.

Also, I finally got around to buying my bonanza marbles. Since I'm going to win, its a good thing I remembered to buy them.

Went an leveled WAR all the way up to 30.

Can't say enough how amazing GoV is.
