    Woah wait... so you get the set bonus starting from your first AF3+2 piece? And it just gains potency as you obtain more of the +2? So as long as I have a full set of AF3+1... and at least 1 AF3+2... I gain a 1/5th potency of the set bonus?

      Nah, from your second. As far as I understand, it's more like, it starts at 0/5, then it jumps to 2/5, 3/5, and so on.

                      Attempted a farm run in Dyna Sandy... city TEs are so vastly more difficult than Xarc. Got 4/5. Did my first sack pull but we went for the wrong mob, I guess and didn't get the last TE. Came out with PLD hands and a couple O. pc's.

                          Today, I unlocked Ninja and got my chocobo license. Fun stuff.

                            NIN and Choco-license are truly large milestones. At least they are two of the things I never forgot... specially that license.

                              Yeah, getting my choco license is probably the only thing I actually remember like it was yesterday. Same when I spent till like 5 or 6 am with a friend just chatting and having a good time while she completed her quest.

                                Finished my first Gaxe trial. It was the first time I had ever used Iron Tempest, and the last.

                                Also, today is my two year FFXI anniversary, and my play time is just a bit over 62 days (I don't know whether that's a lot. My wife thinks it is).
