Ummm... I started playing (on the Valefor server)! That's kind of an accomplishment. ^-^ Vuni in game. Looking for more friends as San'doria is practically barren when it comes to players. Feel free to message me in game.

You'll likely need more than one. Hence the fomor hate peeve, as farming/buying the codex is the easy part.

Unless you go with a bunch of friends who are all Hume (as he's the easiest) and all have capped Fomor hate, and none of whom also need the belt.

Are you trolling or do you really not get it?

Getting Fomor hate takes a fucking while. The drop rate of swift belt is shitty. Thus, you'll probably farm a codex very easily but be cockblocked by the need to amass more hate before popping the mob a second, third, fourth, seventeenth time. I know people who went 0/20 on that fucking belt. (I also know people who went 1/1, but those people are dicks and should be shot.)

A little of both. I've not been to the dungeon yet and don't quite know the specifics of Fomor hate other than it increases their aggro range. Although from what you're saying it sounds like it resets every time I pop the NM, in which case yeah that's gonna suck.

Yes, that's the ticket. Best way to clear Fomor hate? Kill the Swift Belt NM. So it does get annoying when you don't get the drop.

I don't believe fomor hate resets between NM kills. Once you have enough hate it should just be a matter of farming the Codex. I went 1/3 or so on my belt and it took me a couple hours to do everything (build hate, farm Codexes, kill NMs). Also since the level cap was lifted it doesn't really matter which race you pop because they are all pretty easy now. I got mine as a 75 RDM and had no problems on the Taru NM.

Unless they changed it in the past few years, it does. Hence the reason I'm 0/2 only, because farming the hate got to be so tedious I couldn't stand doing it anymore. Not sure if it resets all the way to zero, but it lowers significantly.

Is the place uncapped now? May be much easier to cap hate at this point. At 50 cap, it sucked to do.
