As far as I can tell (plz correct me if I'm wrong) there's just better options in that gear slot for Sam.

Sam relic is mostly crap the kote can turn a 120 meditate to a 160tp meditate so there a good macro piece. A Sam body dropped in our last nights Beaudine run, all the sams lotted and passed for the most part, no one wanted another inventory -1. I guess the helm is ok if you have nothing better.

Someone was shouting in WG for PSC assaults and 3 assaults later, I ranked up.

Then I found out that Lamiabane, which I wanted for throwing skillups (my WHM is capped in everything but Throwing and Shield) needed Superior Private rank. I don't know why I thought it was PFC and 2000 IS.

Making enough gil over the past month to obtain a ugg. pendant,martial gun, dusk hands/legs/feet 2xtrailers kukri and enough ammo for a month. Also finished rng sub, and regeared my 75thf. Then realizing i have no real ambition to play XI anymore.

Dinged PUP 40 yesterday, and got the WHM head started. Also I've been picking up assorted attachments, and there's only two crafted-only parts left, which I will probably go ahead and make myself since they're only Alchemy 64.

Yeah... I'm using the relic feet for macro'n in for my TP gearz for the moment (til I get better) and the legs I'm macro'n in for Third Eye and then have a change back to Dusk Trousers for TP on my Hasso macro. I'm a blinkin' fool now. But yeah... the Sam relic accessory... total meh.

Ding... SAM 75 \('o')/ ... thru a lotta campaign, a little solo'n FoV, and a couple a parties. So I got myself a Rose Strap with the A.N. I had built up and low-balled a a Wyv. Helm on AH. Now... time to Nyzul me some pretties for both Sam and Dnc.

Did my first Nyzul Isle run this weekend. We did 35-40 I think... got the win twice against Fafnir. Didn't get what we wanted (askar/denali) either time but...

1. Main Gouche - yay/cry... I got my mythic weapon now for Dnc... omg... what have I done????
2. Mage staff - also ended up with this... so dropped.
... and crap for the randome ???s we got from the chests.

Totally forgot... also acquired the map of Fei Yin to /assist ... well.. everything having to do with that place.

I got the relic hands and I am content with those. Sam doesnt get a lot of love from the relic gear but fortunately there are plenty of other things that are great for SAM.

And yeah, I basically put aside an entire day to do the quests for the Fei'yin map, that was a great investment.

My next biggest accomplishment will be successfully reactivating my content ID so i can play again. Been trying for a week now -_-

Got PUP to 45, and now I have Auster's and Terra's staff. Only 2 HQ left, fire and water. Since this latest acquisition brought me under 1M gil, I'm selling a couple stacks of silvers next to Kaduru-Haiduru while I can get away with a good price.

Well i finally reactivated my content ID then of course I get the dreaded 12321 error and have to reinstall. Lol o well, its taken a week, a few more hours won't hurt.

Sandy Rank 10 - such an ez fight... course with 75 dnc I coulda solo'd it if it wasn't for Trion being such a sissy....

Sea Serpent Grotto Map - Moogle quest got me to finally get this. But I also now know exactly how to get the Sahagin Key and where exactly Charby spawns.

Quicksand Caves Map - Moogle quest got me to finally get this in order to advance... 4hrs of farming the QSC coffer key is ridiculous.

Farmed a Fomor Codex too... 1/35+

Dinged PUP up to 46 and still having fun so far. I also got a duo going with someone in the LS who would have soloed WHM at 11 or so. WHM was my first job and I did it mostly solo, so I took the opportunity to both take pity and to take advantage of the challenge of syncing down and taking on a few Toughs.

And I just dinged RDM 38 almost entirely on Campaign Ops xp alone. It would have been entirely on Ops except that a yag saw one of my bombs, so I got the last 140 or so by healing in campaign battles, just because I could.

Reactiviated my content ID's, got into a shitty Mire PT on my RDM with no tank that not everyone as NIN sub, and of course 2 people aggroing imps on the way to the hill camp. Was a good enough sign to say "fuck leveling RDM" for now, warped to Bastok and met an old friend from my old social who invited me to an astral burn in Korroloka. The person we synced too went from 12 to 22, would have been a ton more but the mobs were placed on top of slime spawns so 1 aggroed to the first person to use their AF. Still got my SMN all the way to 35 though.

Joined a Pet LS before that, just finished camping Shiki since they've pretty much controlled the ToD for abit, got one of the SMN's their YYR. First time doing it with only pet classes(I went as RDM and didn't do much outside of raising the THF who literally flee'd across the zone, smacked Shiki, then died to the train he brought with him. had to get him back up for the TH to activate >.>). Around 2-3 more people there need it, so hopefully I can snag it before it moves back into JP time.

Got my Necklace Key Item for the Moogle Mission 10 w/o having to go into the areas requiring pressure plates... yay... hope I go 1/1 on that fight as I really don't wanna find the ???s again.

First KSNM battle: Royal Ramble run after a very disappointing Royal Jelly run (NPC'd all of it):

~Destroyers - might actually be useful for my Dnc should I ever lvl Mnk as a /sub.
~Orichalcum Ingot - of course
~Wyvern Scales - cuz Cardians are made from Dragon poo, I guess.
~Damascus Ingot - wooot!!! Finally I get a good drop from a B/KSNM \(ToT)/

Dinged Cor to 69, and got the fire fragment for zm5. I honestly never thought I would get it since my LS just xp parties and never does missions. Turns out I did it with other friends lol.
