Successfully managed not to throw a bitch fit when I saw this:

Trust me, that takes a lot of restraint. But I did force d/c after my exp ring bonus wore off. Seriously most boring fucking party ever. Can I just be done with SCH already? Please? I mean, I try really hard not to be that picky about gear, but come on. THF AF isn't really good. Actually, it's mostly crap. And update your earrings. And your rings. And ... just ... jesus. Put some effort into the damn job you're playing and we MIGHT just get more than 7k/hour WITH my xp ring bonus in effect. Jeez, I about died of boredom here, it was so slow.

I did manage to get 66 SCH through it all, but I was only 1.7k tnl so that's not really difficult to manage.

And I really do want to just finish SCH. I have gear waiting for me at 70+ so I can sell other stuff, and not only that, I just want it done. But it's killing me with the slowness I've gotten in parties.

So, uh, BLM41, and another point of club skill (now 9 left). And a couple more primes. (Now I have Titan, Shiva, Ifrit, and Ramuh.)

Oh yeah, and on the way to Ifrit (where we did wipe during the battle, but still finished in time), a Volcanic Gas dropped a coffer key. Which auto-dropped to me. After we were done, the coffer was in the first place I looked. Then I went back to find the LS mate THF who was lost, and we found another coffer on the way out. So two of us got maps.

Well again not much.

Did a garrison got mannequin feet, but lost all the npcs last leg due to whm assigned to npc D/Ced.

Unlocked dark knight, got it level 10 and then stopped to raise fame for drain and aspir quest. Got drain. Going to move training to Windy to get xp for kill crawlers and get silks to sale.

Got Smithing up to 8 Goldsmithing at 7 still, slow progress there got y first HQ lol on a bronze subligar desynth, Im happy because it is hq but i wanted the bronze ingot lol. Going to take the smithing test6 when i get back to bastok. Had a good mining run in Z.Mines pulled 5 Darksteel ores. Also found an ls member that will take all iron I get to make ingots and split profits, but been kinda lazy, and he is not on when I actually do the runs. 8 delivery space caused my to ah the other 15 pieces I have.

Small updates for small time player. Going to hit the xp treadmill once i hit 30k.

If you're on PS2 or 360, set your damn effects filters already. This is the important one:

Config->Effects->All effects during battle = ON

Thanks for the suggestion of the NW stairs. I wondered if there was a location with little-to-no use. I have filtered my effects tyvm, I'm not a R-tard. Though I understand your prickly-ness cuz there are quite a few dumbsh!tz out there. This usually ends up frustrating me later when I get back on my Drg and have forgotten which effects I now wanna see. But so worth maybe lasting thru Besieged.

imHo the 360 just can't deal well with getting so much information all at once... Tons of players + tons of NPC's =

I think I just need to put FFxi on my laptop... hopefully it can handle it. I just have to bite da bullet and install the thing... ugh

I am also back and, like Gobo, half naked. I actually noticed a few pieces of gear I didn't give away I was kinda surprised by(I still had my Druid Slops, Weskit, a bunch of 500kish +hMP equip.) but most of my stuff such as my Pentient's Rope, Ele. Torque and *cry* HQ staves I gave away before I quit. I'm trying to track some of it down, but the person I gave my staves to is either AFK at best or ignoring me at worst. I hope it's the former.
