Not only did I return from a 2-year long break over the past weekend, I decided that the best way to become reacquainted with my surroundings was to do something that I had been putting off for what is now literally years: Leveling Cooking. Embarking on a complete crafting binge, I took Cooking to 55 in three days. However, I fear that in doing so, I have lost a piece of myself that I'm currently desperately clawing to get back...

lol, 7/15 on Maat-able jobs. Considering the other required jobs' levels, I could probably work to that hat in less than 4 to 6 months. But.. do I want this..

I've been thinking about Dnc and Blu, but then I realized.. I'd feel bad levelling them, cause they don't count towards Maat Cap. Oh the dilemma...

The issue is; I want to get another level 75 job. Usually I just pick the next job that seems useful/interesting. Now, the problem is I want to choose one of the new jobs.
-Maat Cap is so far away(as in: never going to happen anyway) so I should just do what I want..
Or:
-I should pick one of the original 15 jobs that I like, as it does bring me closer to Maat Cap in the long run.. x.x

I got 1200 exp from my first Besieged, I only died 4 times though xD. oh and my chocobo loves me today! :D

I got all of my BST AF. It's my first complete set. I also bought my Hauberk.

I want to get out of my Haubergeon and ditch my Kabrakan's axe. Just a few more levels. ...and Maat. I'm looking forward to that.

We got a couple of unlucky breaks and a couple of people did stupid things that wiped us 30 seconds into the fight but we came back and made the kill with 4 seconds left on the time. Honestly the most fun I've had on a mission in ages. I now have a suppa, could not resist the dual wield for my eventual Whm/nin build.

Our LS leader had to drive home from college this weekend, so I was left in charge...people have been absolute emo freaking bastards the last week or two so I tried to come up with something fun to do for our LS events, and did some time thinking of something that most of the LS would have never tried before...

I came up with avenging one of the worst ass-kickings I ever received in 2004 that I never went back to right: East Ronfaure Garrison.



It was pretty awesome, actually, the first time I've ever beaten a Garrison, lol. 10 members, 10 drops, everyone left with something(though I got crappy Mannequin Feet, I needed Garrison Boots for my 20 SCH too! )

Afterwards we went and took down Sandy Eco-Warrior with 8.



I forgot how fun some of the old lowbie content can be!

The Elvaan WHM, lol(SCH for Garrison). The SAM is the LS photographer as he has the nicest looking screenshots, lol.

Oooh and I totally forgot, that event was sandwiched in between a giant ZM zerg, trio'd ZMs 3-13 with RDM/SAM/64WHM, now my g/f can come to LS events! :D

I finally broke down and bought Ni. I was going to keep trying BCNM for it, but I got tired of waiting and said hell with it, bought the damn thing.
