I cant wait to make a pt to burn all 10 charges of my Ann Ring in 1 go and get Lvl 73 (guesstimate)

Honestly, I say save it for levelling a subjob. The Anniversery Ring is GODLY for that alone, it would be wasted on merit-level PTs. I hardly use Empress Bands for merit PTs as it is.

My LS is dabbling in endgame activities again and we've has a great deal of success on god gear and abjurations thus far. People are ecstatic to farm sky more often than not and at the rate we're going, we might be able to move on to other endgame activities soon enough.

Its really nice because unlike previous attempts, the people interested in participating are in the majority and its not the usual half-hearted players who join just to be in an endgame shell but not do anything.

Funny you say that I was planning on using half on RDM, and other half of the charges on BLM (34 -> 37), maybe NIN to 40 if I have enough charges left.

Then theres always the trusty ol Empress band.

Although "Hantz" and "Accomplishments" are pretty oxymoronic, I finally got one that made me "woot."

After ages of killing this bastard, Doppleganger Dio finally coughed up the Cruel Scythe for my brother's DRK. We probably went about 1/15 on him.

That's kind of a funny little NM roulette hole. Would be more fun if you weren't after any certain drop down there.

Finally hit 70 whm, and can wear all the lovely gear I had stored up! Gave my first Raise III as well, when I ran into a random dead person in Xarcabard.

Anni Ring ftw!

Went from 38000 tnl to 14000 tnl in, gosh.....loads of hours it seemed. Did my first Monk Burn (4 MNKS RDM SMN) and...it sucked hard.

Kills were fantastically quick although there was so much curing going on, on top of dispelling, refreshing, adds, status effect... god it was stressful.

Where did you do mnk burn? And if it was KRT, why the hell weren't you there without a bard?

Frankly, after the amount of merit parties I have done, I far prefer the 3 DD, 3 back line set up. We destroy Nyzul Isle Mamool that way - no way would go without a whm and a rdm though - Firespit followed by Rushing Drub can down a DD instantly.

And I only have four Anni ring charges left.... or maybe 3.

Yes, KRT. Couldnt find a BRD.

I plead innocence by way of ignorance.

We did start at the beginning with 3 MNKs and a NIN but the NIN wasnt doijg much after the 1st Asuran Fists, kept losing hate so when he had to go we got another Monkey.

Nope, I didnt die, although the Taru Monkey of all (the rest were Galkas!) kept taking too much hate and died 2 times. 3 if you count the stupid mistake of accepting a raise just as the bone is using Blood Saber. LOL
