That's kinda surprising, when I was farming him for PUP and WAR body seals, I found that he was dropping BST a lot. I think that's an FFXI law or something.

9/10 after a dozen or so more Koios kill. Taking a break to write this because a JP (or hell, I guess he might be NA/EU) Paladin named Helmsley came along. I'm pretty sure he's cheating or something--he runs right to one spot, rest and bam spawns Koios every time. The worst part is he completely ignores my tells, despite me using the auto translate in every humanly possible way. I've went to school with Japanese exchange students at my college, and even they know a few words of basic English--so unless this guy is like 60 and never took English, he's just being a dick and ignoring me.

I'm pretty sure he didn't need ANY seals at all--probably just there to get color, but alas refused to even have the courtesy to say {I'm sorry} {That's too bad.} {I'm not interested.} etc. The worst part is despite having an Almace and OChain, he took literally 25-30 minutes to kill Koios every time. Combined with the fact my time was draining quick, and there was no obvious way for me to beat him, I just decided to call it. Rude people just annoy the fuck out of me, and there are no games with that exception. Even when a JP says something in /say, and I don't understand--I always do my best to respond. I suppose there's no need to respond when you know you'll get the claim every time.

Got the retrace scroll for Ygg after he helped me do coffer runs for 3 pieces of AF last one left to do (hint yyg) Took 4 hours to get retrace scroll, had to get bronze medal first by doing a WoG quest then there was no vellum in the AH so on top of the long walking bits I had to do (including walking to windhurst (s) grabbing maws on the way) I had to go to eideime (s) to start scholar quest to be able to trade rollenberrys in Crawlers nest (s) to get a single sheet of vellum!!!!! Its 2am now and I am off to bed Yyg you owe me big time!!!!!

Highest I've ever seen it go. I'm willing to bet it's just a bunch of Triple Attack proccing. My averages are usually closer to 4k when I bother to parse.

It's a Windower plugin now. Did you get that yet? Also you have to login in-game. I think the syntax is /gw login username password.

I'm actually doing pretty well on my WHM and slowly working up the +acc gear & atmas (plan is to skill up my axes in a worm party so I can start to play my BST/DNC). I think I'll work on the WAR or MNK after my BST is set, followed by BLM. Skilling up is not going to be fun.

Didn’t get on much this weekend. Helped Snewt out a little bit and made some WotG progress.
Saw yet another badass CS. Rook talked me back into finishing it. Probably do another missing or 2 tonight.

Solo’d a few SSR salvages. Averaging 80ish Alex per run. Did 3 runs and barely made it to the boss. I think if I can get lucky with Cells early I can make it with enough time to kill. Hopefully leading to the occasional big coin purse. Purchasing alex where I can too. 800/30,000 Alexandrite. A drop in the bucket…but I’ll get there. Sold my Marrow and all my heavy Metal Plates. So I have a nice chunk of gil right now. Can probably buy another 2k worth but I gotta be smart about it…gotta try and negotiate with peeps.

Sold my marrow because they appear to be dropping by the day…already had to sell at a loss…so maybe they will drop even a little lower once I jump back on guttler.

I didn’t know you can store a salvage permit similar to an imperial tag.
It turns out I can do 2 salvage runs a day, every other day!

Goetia Seal: Body 10/10 yesterday with the help of Cid and a few others... over the course of 4 hours or so. Chione might be a bitch and a half to claim/kill regularly... but she definately hands out the best seal count for your time.

Today I logged on to see that I had 5 Jewels of Ardor sitting in storage and figured... fuck it... lets make that a +2 coat! So I shouted for a few people to come with me and got a WHM to help me while I went out and killed Fuath 2 times for 3 Jewels... and then hedjedjet for the final one.

Also found out that I was sitting on 11 of the +2 item needed to upgrade the Goetia Pants to +2 and went ahead and did that as well.

Goetia Cape and Chain are worthless because of my current buyable options and I decided not to clutter my inventory with them.

Also: Jarre asked for some help with his PLD AF quests and I ran around with him for a few hours on Saturday getting that done. In return I asked him to quest for the Retrace scroll for me. On top of the questing I helped him with... I rewarded him with an Ice Shield (100k) off ther AH and gave him 150k out of pocket.

My accomplishment is I returned from deployment and re-subbed. All in all I was gone from the game for about a year. I don't know how long I will be playing though because I will be heading to Alaska in November!
