I'd take Serpentes over Augur's any day. Gets better mileage for the inventory. But hey, you're a White Mage so you probably have more wiggle room than I do on Red Mage.

I hear Zenith Pumps can get augmented to +3% Cure Potency. Something to work on with your new Sky access maybe?

I eventually wanted to get +50% to for my whm one day w/o using body if possible.
What’s the ideal setup needed at this point? I’m coming up with

22% - Staff (ToM)
10% - Head+2 (orison)
5% - Hands/Feet (serp)
3% - Cape (orison)
2% - Ear (orison)
3% - Neck (Fyg+1)
5% - Roundel

Theres a Cape you can buy now that comes from Voidwatch (?) that gives 1% more Cure potency than the Orisons does. It's buyable iirc and for only around 100k on Lakshmi.

I'm not familiar with the Cure Pot. available to a Red Mage, but if I can make up the difference somewhere else (say, the 4% cape over Orison or the Fylgja +1 over NQ) then I'd take the MND from Augur's/Orison shoes over Serpentes. However, RDM may not have that flexibility.

There are also new bodies from Void Watch the go up to about 17% cure pot that rdm and whm can both wear.

I saw that while searching through FFXIAH. That makes it really easy (not that the drop rate is exceptional, or that the mob it drops off of is easy) to get to cap once you obtain the body piece.

I'm pretty sure RDM can cap cure potency even without that body, it just takes a lot more inventory to pull it off.

Response to that one got lost too. I'm sure you're right was the jist of it.

Accomplishment: Took a few newer members to get some lower level atmas so they can get the hang of Abyssea. Picked up Baying Moon and Ebon Hoof. Then tried our hand at Carabosse. Went fine until after Bene. We wiped and then joined up with another group and got Atma of Allure too.
