I kinda enjoy Cid's blog. He started playing around the same time I did, so it was nice to see a blog from someone who was doing a lot of the same things I was.

I'm just messin around. I wouldn't have subscribed to it if I didn't think it was good.

Pffft, comment moderation is a wonderful thing.

I learned that after I made a post calling out melees for not being nearly as busy as mage jobs. You wouldn't believe the QQing that results from telling people that TPing, WSing and punching JAs when timers are up is easy compared to micromanaging the entire party as a mage.

Importance isn't indicative of the level of skill needed though. Look at BRD. BLM isn't very difficult either. And honestly in my day playing PLD wasn't terribly hard, even if it took more finesse than mashing WS whenever it's up.

Depends. My linkshell's handled it fairly well, but we've got a bunch of Empyreans and people who know what they're doing but I could see it mercilessly kicking the ass of anyone who's not properly prepared.

As for RDM: I figure Spontaneity could also be useful for immediate recast of Klimaform. But 10 minute recast is pretty fail.

Spontaneity is just SE trolling RDMs again. Which reminds me... how good is that Double attack spell? And more importantly. Does it overwrite Enspells?
