I hit a 4400+ damage Quadric Continium (sp?) outside aby. Was fighting Qutrubs in Arrapaggo Reef trying to learn Spinal Cleave (Fkers didn't use it once.) Thought that damage was impressive for non abyssea.
Chain affinity off of the Sangiune guard, WS and without efflux. no skillchain happened, but I am assuming the chain affintiy helped it somewhat, because I haven't seen near that damage again.

I just got Quad Continuum last night. What kind of gear did you have for that cast? I'll put that in my regular rotation if it's going to be that good.

Nothing to spectacular, had flame rings in for +5 STR X2, swift belt, The Relic Sword that gives +7Hmp along with a Soulsaber, which the trial num I cant remember, just that I need to kill 75 AMORPHS on darksday/during dark weather. Amnent mantle +1, other than that, it was a mixture of magus af gear and the pink aurore set, I think the legs, body and feet aurore. . .I wasn't able to hit it again that high, next best was a 3300~ with EFFLUX. (I have got all my merits for the physical spell potency .) Earrings were both MP earrings so they wouldn't have helped, as well as my ammo slot has the 10MP Int+2 piece, which I don't think helped.

SCH to 48 and RDm to 45, should easily be able to get them to 49 later today. So that will give me SCH, RDM and BLM as subs for 99. NIN is next though that's going to be trivial to level once I get DNC up a few levels. After that I will be done with WHM subs

Oh, also got my first Lunar Abyssite and also finally figured out how to redeem the code for my Chocobo Hat so I'm OP at low levels now!
