waaahooooo!!!! 90 Bst/Pup/Smn/Blm All xp capped.

Need about 60 more merits and I’m fully capped on all categories. Just need to finish getting 5/5 INT, some HP merits and the last 2 Burst II merits.

I LOVE the idea of Ops. Seriously, thank you SE for that. I can now go with a group of 2-3 people and either join random alliances or pick up soloers. At least twice I’ve gone there with 2 friends and somehow ended up the leader of an alliance. People we’re asking if they could come back as subjobs…if friends can come…etc. Was weird.

The only new spell for PUP I can confirm personally right now is Fire V, which I got IMMEDIATELY upon leveling up to 86. It may be possible you could have it as early as 85 if you have merits and gear. One person has said Blizzard V is also obtainable for the puppet at around skill 370 (90 cap is 376), but I'm stuck back at 355 with gear and merits, so it'll be a while before I can verify that personally.

I was about 3 or 4 levels from capping magic before the level increase. Now I need another 25-30 (/sigh). I do find though that I skill up pretty fast with Whm frame spamming virua on buffalo ops.

Couple minor things I need to do (level some subs, farm/buy some spells and work on skill ups (pup magic mainly)) then it’s back to Scars seal farming.

Also, congrats on Ferine Necklace. I’m about 0/50 on the Back, 0/0 on necklace, 0/7 on earring…

Got all my synthetic atmas for the various things I've completed.

Broke a bunch of weapon skills: Mystic Boon, Savage Blade, and Death Blossom, using /PUP for self-skillchains since I didn't have any other way to do them. With my RDM at 80, my level 40 automaton had some accuracy problems against lv 58-56 mobs, so it was a bit more tedious to do the sword ones. Next on the list is Primal Rend.

Took my PUP into an aby xp. We went to La Theine worms, and it was awesome to just run around and kill worms, with no pulling, sleeping, or main assist. It was even more awesome when I found out that Atma of the Full Moon's 5MP/tick refresh effect also applied to my automaton.

I was running around like the Energizer Bunny as PUP/WHM, spamming Cure IV from both myself and Kenbishi, effectively unkillable until Megamaw Mikey sneaked up behind me and slapped me down with a Stone V or something. I got a lot of Evasion skill by going for unclaimed worms and waiting for others to join in later. And since the worms seem to top out at 89-90, I was fighting all DC and EM at the end, so no wonder that I was even able to completely solo a couple of them.

EDIT: Oh yeah, and got my Turbo Animator. And finally finished all inventory expansions for both my mules.

Thf 84 almost 85.

Raider's feet dropped for me.

Got the limit break for 90 finally done.

Got the new Abyssea lands visited and able to warp to. Got a few confluxes in several of them acquired.

Finally beat Lamprey Lord, working on Chesma now.

Also got 9/9 Abyssea clears and 3/6 Caturae. Should have Shinryu access in a day or two.

I thought the same thing... I just returned after a bit of time away and because of my friends (new and old) I'm catching up. The thing that intimidates me is that there are so many new things to want... figuring out how/when to get them is daunting.

BRD & WAR are each 87 now. BRD from an Abyssea exp party on Friday, WAR from doing Dominion on Saturday. I got WAR & WHM AF3 bodies -- will be able to buy BRD when I get a few more Dominions under my belt.

Got DNC to 57 yesterday, duoing with my husband's (now) 32BRD.

I thought the same thing... I just returned after a bit of time away and because of my friends (new and old) I'm catching up. The thing that intimidates me is that there are so many new things to want... figuring out how/when to get them is daunting.

Yeah, too much content to cover and too little time for me to play a game as time consuming as XI.

And after they changed Trials and made them drop based I sort of lost any remaining interest in the game. I mean I don't know if it was a good move or a bad move (probably good seeing no one complains about it) but it just doesn't interest me anymore.

Not to mention I don't feel like spending the time required to level up to 90 and capping skills just to find out I still can't solo the missions I want to do.

So yeah, I'm out.



I much rather kill radscorps in the Wasteland or do something else.
Heck, even doing the laundry sounds more entertaining than XI right now.

Finished ToAU missions last night, and followed up with getting Windy rank 10 this morning.

Then proceeded to hit 55 on synergy, got bored, found out the body/hand seals for empyrean can be quested... went 2 rng and 1 pup body seals in 3 attempts.

Also attempted to get Viridian Abyssite of Avarice, but apparently the maintenance in those few abyssea zones messed up the pops on things -- we couldn't find anything anywhere. Very depressing.

You must have some pretty amazing laundry.

Let me put it this way. At least I can get a few loads done in an hour and have some clean and comfortable clothes as a result.

On XI... well... *yaaawwwwn* never mind.
