Ummm...figured out I'm an idiot and the reason I couldn't get in CoP areas wasn't because it wasn't registered, but was because somehow it installed FFXI and RoZ, but not CoP.......I win.
Keep in mind I sat around for two days waiting for the registration server came back up just so I could find out it was already registered.I RNG 75 I WAR 37 I NIN 38 I SAM 50 I Woodworking 92+2

* got my LS to help me get to Rank 3
