Got my DNC to 11. Next is SCH so all jobs can be 10+ (again ... stupid expansion, lol) Gonna work on getting all jobs to 20 in the next few weeks for something different to do besides meriting and farming all the time.

army finally let me have some down time so im back to playing FFXI. guess that isnt an accomplishment. hmmmmm....... ima have to come back to you guys on that one. but i promise itll be a good one (i hope )

I'm in agreement here, Drain Samba is fun but damn I want to do more than that and melee.

EDIT: Despite crappy parties I did manage to get level 12 Dancer tonight, though still seeking and ... nothing ... I don't even have a buffer, it will be an interesting walk back to civilization seeing as I don't have any OPs. (Changing nations ... orz ... )

I wish I had a lowbie friend (or any friend :sadface) to duo/trio with. These levels would seem a lot less interminable.

It doesn't help that I'm taking all of my jobs up in waves so I've been kind of stuck in the early teens for a while now. I don't really party then, so it's really lonesome.

Been working on Paladin a lot lately, waiting for the Dancer AF, and hit 60 a bit ago. At this point, I'm debating on continuing on with Paladin for as long as it takes to get the update, or pick Dancer back up and try to put some levels under that belt before I'm off to search for some AFs. I've got a fifth mannequin to put in AF, and currently it's holding all my R/EX equipment. And a Mezraq.

Tuesday: managed to beat Proto-Ultima in a real nasty and very close fight

Wednesday: cleared Dynamis-Valkurm

Today: claimed Noble Mold, no drop though

Fought every sky god. Survived each of Kirin's attempts to kill me too, which I attribute to my own weakness not giving it much incentive to try.

I actually am extremely proud of my LS for one thing, we've lost about half our members in the last two weeks or so from various drama/BS, but we went ahead with our third ever Einherjar attempt, and for the first time survived. We didn't clear because we only had 14 people and were very short on DD, but we had only one death(me, of course) that didn't come until 20 seconds before we got booted.

Afterwards we headed to Sea, and on I'm now 1/10 on Ix'Mnk, and with my new Merciful Cape I have 300 Enhancing Magic! :D The cape is seriously sexy, I'm in love with it. 20 base damage enspells, 28/hit reduction on Phalanx, 19/hit on Phal 2, and +100 Barspells.

And for the first time in 5 months Apollyon BRD dropped, I've had a Yarn and coins the entire time, this Sunday I'll have Choral Cannions +1!

I killed this guy on my own as 15DNC/7MNK, which was an incredibly fun and difficult fight, but I enjoyed it so so so much. Also; hot damn Curing Waltz is amazing.
