I know this dagger is for poping a NM but does anyone know how to activate the latent? is it like a trial weapon?

Chances are it probably is, but spending hours on hours for ws points seems to pale in comparison vs leveling from 66 to 72 and grabbing a Misericorde or Gully dagger. The lv69 Stun Kukri makes for an nice lower lvl damage substitution and the lv68 Hopolite's Harpe outclasses all 3 in damage and level of use.

Dunno if it'd be cheaper to use one of these vs odorous, especially considering cost of materials and/or AH weapon prices. Personally, I'd like to try out 2x stun kukri with /nin + triple attack and see if I get a nice proc percentage.
