Check the AH, but most likely the ones that give 5 are realy expensive.

Max. storage is 80. 40 water jugs will accomplish this and they're cheap. Buy them in Rabao.

But remember that storage can only be accessed in your home city. Once your 20+ you'll be in Jeuno so much that this will be a hassle if you fill your mh with jugs. This works great for a mule that stays in one city though.
