  • What's This New Moogle Event?

Anyone know what the new Moogle event is about?
He gives you a rice cake, you eat it and turn into an innocent, and sweet little child. But that's all I know about it really.
I know that it lasts about 3hrs, and you change back if you go into your mog house, that's' all.

Any other details would be helpful please?

The best part of the event is seeing 10+ taru girls running around in lower jeuno ^^, it was pretty funny.

If you press "+" twice, then hit enter over the costume status you can cansle the effect.

Girls day. For Boys day, they hand out little cocaine bags and you have to snort them and you will transform into Richard Simmons wearing dove shorts and have a rainbow halo over your head. Duration lasts 30 minutes, during which time you're unable to enter combat, but you also won't get aggro from monsters either.

Yeah, I was in Bastok yesterday, and there were 3 of them running around in circles around my mithran legs. I called them little ankle biters and sent them to bed soundly with a nice mug hot chocolate

Or the easiest way I found of cancelling it, was to just go inside my mog house. That cancels it straight away.

LOL! Well, I have absolutely no idea who Richard Simmons is, but it sounds quite funny.

Hmm..... well I don't think you can even go outside the city either, so it's obvious you can't enter into combat.

I think I also found that I couldn't use the AH while in that state either.

Well, thank a lot for the help.

Actually last year the 'Biys Day' event was when they gave you a wooden katana and told you to go track down a magic suit of Sam armor and beat it sensless. Besides the wooden katana you would get food item that turned you into a little boy just like the rice cakes do in ths event. Much more fun IMO and the Hardwood Katana is a much better prize then just cakes. Especially with Auto translate fun

Nope. Can't say I've ever heard of him. Sorry.
But judging by your last statement there, it sounds as though he was a bad person who did something wrong. I couldn't be sure though.

He makes exercise videos. He's a very bad person, they are very wrong indeed.

Yeah, I remember that event I bet Micheal Jackson loved that event

Haven't done the event again this year, they change anything to it? Or is still exactly like it was last year? From the sound of it that the Mog is just handing out the cakes freely though I guess they did. Last year you had to get a party setup with the right number of males and females to get the most out of it.
