Well I had this idea, and while at one time I was going to be attending the event, I can't attend it. This year at least.
Anyhow my idea is this. I was going to get my hands on TAU for awhile since it will finally be playable, and let people know for sure, how to get to the near/far east.
I have all three versions of FFXI/TAU payed off, just waiting to be picked up on April 19th, and I always had the idea of logging off in Mhaura the night before. However, there could be some pre-reqs before going. Wether it be going to Jeuno to talk to Joe Somebody, or zone out, then back in Mhaura. Who knows what it will take before you can get on that boat.
So if anyone is attending the Fan Festival and can give any info on their hands on time with TAU, post it for all those who wished they could have attended. Specifically any info on how to start your trek to the new lands.
