An easy way to find both the NPCs to start the quest and the NPCs in each pos is to sub Rng and use Widescan. In cities Widescan covers most of the area, so all you have to do is zoom in on each individual pos box and find all the NPCs targeted in them.

But anyways, I find it really interesting that SE is adding info about the expansion in-game before it's even out.

It's a great, easy, interesting way to advertise the upcoming expansion and get more people interested in buying it right at the release. And best of all, for SE it was completely free and can reach all of the players in FFXI regardless of where they live or what language they speak. Pretty ingenious imo.

And you can do the quests at lvl 1 seeing as none of them take you outside of their respective city.

I will do this tonight... i want to start this asap to get some info on TOA. I also want to do my ncp quest stuff. Somebody mentioned that the NPC has ToA info related.. is that ture?
