For the love of God, if you play the AH game of listing high ticket items for low prices to get a tax cut, don't go whining to the purchaser when they win.
Listing a 4m item for 400k is a mistake. Listing a 4m item for between 500k and 1m is trying to get a tax break. You played the game. You were beat. You lost. Suck it up and move on.
Especially don't tell the purchaser that you would like the item back because you are poor and want to re-list at a proper price to make more money. That just seems... wrong... to me.
What is it they teach in economy? Buy beware? I guess it works both ways.
