they didnt even use an expansion to release diabolos, but I think he was done that way because he is an integral part to the story in ToA.

OMFG, I can't wait to see how this expansion ties in with the game as a whole. Who woulda thunk, that when the cap of th egame was 50, that it'd go this far?

Well... i really wish they had a cap of 80 but i guess that will never ever happen.
Other than that, I am very eager, as most of us to see ToA, I cant wait to see it. And well, we are all awaiting new avatars.

You know how I said that Bahamut might be just a little too big to be an avatar? Heres a little compairson lol.


Bahamut's size

The elvaan RDM behind me is right under him and Leviathan is in him. I'm pretty far away and he still doesn't fully fit on my screen.

(btw when Bahamut does Chaotic Strike, it looks like he is shaking his grove thing )

Summoned Diabolos or Fenrir aren't as big as the ones you fight either. Same for the elemental avatars.

Hmm, it would be funny to see Carbuncle's true form sometime and he's the size of Behemoth... XD

I remember a while ago I replaced the Ifrit .dat with the one for Bahamut, was really cool having him following me around Tahrongi killing mandies - he was really really REALLY big and the attack animations didnt work - but it was still cool.

Well, they can always make him a little smaller. Diabolos is already big enough

I definetly do not want to change topic in anyway because I think this is all so exciting but talking about new avatars I start to think about the elemental abilities the Primes uses.
When will SE release those abilities for us to use? Or will they be Primes only forever?

I'm talking about abilities such as "thunderstorm", "meteor strike", "waterfall" and "heavenly strike".

IMO they would be perfect rewards for level 75 SMNs, make them the "magic/elemental" version of the Lv70 pact.

Oh and when it comes to Bahamut being summonable I seriously doubt it, however he looks very cool in Kirins room but unfortunately he do not look so cool in Eldime Necropolis.
Or should I say, the few parts you actually see of him. Even Diabolos is to big at some areas and if Bahamut will be summonable I can ensure you that he will not be smalled than Diabolos.

Odin and Alexander on the other hand makes me very interested, please let odin be riding on his 6 leged horse, it would look so cool. An idea could be that his 2hr does not work on NMs (as Diabolos 2hr) and it only works on enemies your own level or lower. Another idea could be that Odins 2hr calls out a random number from 1-5 and act as DeathLevel1-5. If you don't know what I mean let me explain because this is already used by enemies in the game but with a fixed level. DeathLv5 only affect the enemy if his Level can be divided with 5. DeathLv1 would then work on all enemies because every whole number can be divided into 1.
Since Doom and Death is already used by enemies I don't see it as impossible that we can use them under some sort of controlled state.

Your idea about those PRIME Blood Pacts is something I have wished and dream for quite some time now. Why dont WE have those abilities? Is it me,or is Astral Flow too week once we hit 75? Seriously.... I do more damage with Predator Claws at times that with Aerial Blast! That is just not right!!! As far as I know, we will have access to new abilities, magics etc via merits, or so I have heard, correct me if i am wrong. I dont see too far the posibility to access these prime blood pacts via merits. It fair, would give us more power and make summonre more useful. Its sad to hear all the time... "damn we lost at snoll... or damn we lost B01.... i will get 4 blm and mana burn it" If the PRIME avatars have that ability its in the game and its not too crazy to think we can have them one day.

As for Bahamut, as much as I want to admit it.... I thik I have finally accepted the fact that he will not be summonable ever! As for Odin and Phoenix, my hopes are still there!
