I'd like to level up faster, and I heard of this ring, chariot or charion... I can't remember. I see people with it that gain an extra 75%...

You get it from the gate gaurd in your home town. The better deal is actually the Empress Band. It only gives a 50% EXP bonus but the total bonus is 1000exp instead of the 750exp you get from the Chariot Band.

Yes talk to him and ask to spend your conquest points. Its found under common items. I think it costs 1k cp's.
