Short answer: The dregs.
Geomancer (3, 5) AKA Elementalist, Taoist, Feng Shui User. Mage that uses random spells based on the current area (not specifically where he's standing) for no MP cost.
Geomancer (T) Light fighter with damage+enfeeble spells depending on the terrain he's standing on.
Dancer (5) Different from the FFT version or the X-2 songstress. Basically a brutal but fragile attacker/disabler combo. I had an idea for a dancer job ages ago that I think could be refined and fleshed out onto somthing worthy. But it would be similar to Corsair so "meh".
Sorcerer (5) ENTHUDNAR!! (Except brutally strong.) Bonus is that it'd soak up all the noob RDM.
Berserker (5, X-2) Didn't play X-2, but the FFV version is slow and tough but just attacks automatically.
Time Mage (5, T) Not gonna happen I think as their traditional abilities have been handed out to other jobs.
Mimic (5, T) I can't even imagine how to make this work in FFXI. Moving on.
Chemist (5, X-2) A strong possiblity. Was called Alchemist in X-2, but would probably be called chemist in XI to seperate it from the guild.
Chemist (T) It can't do anything everyone can't already do in XI besides Auto-Potion.
A lot of the jobs in FFTA are hybrids of each other so it's kinda hard to pick any out.
