    Herro ;o.

    Well that guy said he was going to make a strategy guide, but he disappeared and crap. So anyway, I kind of still want to make a guide of FFXI. Not something that tells you everything to do, but a good update on crap and something more than A to Z.

    We will call it Final Fantasy XI: Adventurer's Bible.

    People who are interested will design this like it was a real guide, but it'll be more a fun project. We won't sell it(illegal) and it'll be free to print. We can get somepage.com involved. Here would be the basis of the guide:

    0. Copyright BS.
    I. Introduction. (Talking about how the guide will work. Will explain terms of FFXI and jobs/races. Finally basic party functions and such)
    II. Stats. (Everything from STR to hMP, and how they work)
    III. Vana'diel. (Big part of guide. Slowly describe each zone, the monsters, quests, NMs, and ect about them. Show screenshots of places of interests).
    IV. Adventurer. (Biggest part of guide. This will slowly describe everything you can do by level range. 1-10, 11-20, ect. Everything from NMs you can kill, skillchains, quests. Just a whole lot of crap. At the end of this will be the end-game section).
    V. Items. (Section left to describe each item that was mention in the previous two sections)
    VI. Monsters. (Like above).
    VII. Quests, Missions, and NPCs. (Ditto).
    VIII. Linkshell. (Tips on being and making different kind of linkshells).
    IX. Crafting. (A big section dicussing all the main crafts, minning, chocobo digging, harvesting, ect)
    X. Credits. (People who made it).
    XI. Links to the Community of Final Fantasy IX.

    A huge guide indeed. Talking anywhere from 300 to 500 pages.

    I think I've said enough for now. Who would be interested in conquering this monsterous project? Hell we can even send the finished project to SE and see where it goes from there.

    I'm game.

    At what part were you going to discuss the different jobs and how to play them? Who thinks we can piss all sorts of people off by telling RDM's not to melee past a certain point in the game?

          I'm in. But unfortunately, I don't know much since the mithkabob nerf ; ;
          Still would like to help out.

          Also, since I "think" this would consist of some images in the guide, I can help out with the layout/design.

                How about adding an introduction/overview of Macro- and Microeconomics. God knows we'd better off in this game if more people understood that stuff.

                    Yes, as well as implementing an attack cap. (I dont believe the caps on attack were implemented until that same patch.)

                      I might be able to provide a more realistic insight into the Dragoon job. I think I've completed just about every task a Dragoon can that doesn't cost an asston of money.

                          Everything that would be considered 'common' knowledge would go into Introduction. That includes crap about money and RMT.

                            The yield for synthing kabobs could also be considered one of the nerfs
