Wont let me log on?

I came back 3 days ago, I think the 29th or 30th of december. So I reactivated my account. And yesterday I left my mule on all night to make some extra cash. There was a POL error when I woke up, crap. So I log out and try to log back in, and it says I need to reactivate my account cuz I have an overdue blanace. So I reactivate again and the screen says ok and logs me out to log back in. When I try to log back in I get the same message.

Does anyone know whats wrong?

Typically it means they tried to charge your card and it was declined. Make sure your card details are valid.

It's a pity you came back that late in the month - the january billing cycle will bill you for december + january (2 monthly fees); if you had waited a few day's, you'd have saved yourself a full monthly fee).

Actually, it only charges you for the time between when you reactivated to the end of the month, not the whole month. (Which is why new players would see only part of the monthly payment on their first payment.)

That's ONLY true for the bit of month after the 30 free days. After that, they charge in whole months only.

I heard they dont charge by month, but by days. Every 30 days, thats what i thought

Umm ... no. They charge every month. If you don't believe me, review the past history for maintenance done relating to billing. It's always the 1st of every month, with extended maintenance done (which will not prevent existing users from being able to log on) lasting as far as into the 3rd of the month.

Not every month has 30 days you know ...
