They definitely work. I've taken all of my 70+ jobs through Terrigan till 64/65 
I xped on them up till 65 BRD and I never dipped below 6500 an hour. I guess this camp is more dependant on your BRD's pulling skills. (since you have one in the set) The mobs are really easy to kill, sorta like an early Tomb bones PT.
If you're more towards xping on the IT mob stuff, then for sure go to Den of Rancor. After 65, camp in front of the Cloister and just make sure you don't run around too much. Use the Doom Toads to finish of Chains for a big xp bonus.
