Missing Scrolls and Equips

Hi Hi, i am from the Ragnarok Server and just hit lv 8 on my BLM (taru). Well, once i leveled, i rushed over to the shop npcs in port windurst. When i got there, they did not have the spell bio or any of the lv 8 blm equips such as Solea, Tunic, Mitts, and Willow Wand. I know they were there before because i have checked piror getting level 8. I am not sure what caused this and so i came here to see if any could help me. So what do you guys think? A problem on my end or the servers?

Shops sell more or less things based on their conquest ranking.. windy probobly lowered to second or third since you checked.

Is there a way to raise conquest myself? Or do i have to wait for some odd reason? Was really hoping for my new equips...

You have to wait until the tally on sunday. You might be able to get the same spells or equipment from the other nations or pay a bit more and get them from AH.

Spells, yes, but not equipment. The break down of NPC available equipment is generally as follows:

• Cloth type - Windurst
• Armor type, Heavy - Bastok
• Armor type, Light & Cloth type - San

So, if the nation that has these goods are not in first place, you're screwed. Seeing how many people use the AH to gouge their fellow players, you'll have to take the bullet and get shafted in your rear.

What I don't understand is why do players insist on buying a leather vest IN San D'oria FROM the auction house at 3K when they can go to the NPC vendor in South San D'oria and buy it for much cheaper than that.

Again, don't blame the gil sellers for ruining the lower end of the economy.

Keep in mind SOME scrolls for BLM (namely Blaze Spikes and Drain) are quest only items, otherwise VERY expensive on the AH
