If you have a high resolution, bigger images tend to seem smaller. I switched to 800x600 and her sig takes up the whole screen, i went back to 1000x700 w/e and it isnt 1/4 my screen

Goblins Have Moval as a mobile home city. Orcs will never have a city , sicne thats not the orcish way, They are tribal based and moble. Yagudo I can see having another "Aery" somewhere as they are more civilized than orcs, Perhaps at a mountain top or something. But the yagudo have Oztroja as their home city.
Quadav have their main city already In bedo, Qulun Dome is the Center point of the city.
If you finish the magicite mission then you knwo why goblins are in the cities. They have a weird relation with humans.
Re: Multiple major cities in Treasures of Aht Urhgan?
New "Kingdoms" would be nice, however if you are unable to switch allegiances to the Safehold, I do not believe you will be able to ally yourself with any new kingdom. It will be extremely fun if you could do an entire Safehold mission set . . . oh wait, COP is basically the Tavnazia Mission set, just as Zilart is basically the Norg mission set.
As for getting to new kingdom's, I wouldn't put it past SE from adding new docks, however the person above that pointed out the already built boat dock in Norg would be right on the ball. We all thought COP would bring us access to that dock, we were wrong. Now that it is time for a new expansion, that fact may finally come to be. Also, if you are far enough into COP to have gotten a few cutscenes (ie Chapter 4+), you will know that the roped off stairs inside the tenshodo leads to an Airship dock, so yet another dock in jeuno does exist. There are tons of dead ends and blocked off areas and cities we have yet to see opened up, just because SE DOES plan ahead. The third major one I can think of is the blocked off are in Bastok Mines near the alchemy guild, that we can only "kinda" access inside Dynamis.
Here's to hoping we get Jeuno sized cities, and with the COP indications of such Empires I would certainly hope we get them. However, certain recent additions in quests from the last several updates indicate that said Empire is at most a shell of its former glory due to some idiotic typical Final Fantasy "let's save the world, but only end up damaging it more instead" antics of the powers that be.
Re: Multiple major cities in Treasures of Aht Urhgan?
The following is my "wish list" for this new expansion ...
New races (Truly wishful thinking)
New Cities (We're getting it)
New dungeons and new zones (We're getting it)
New jobs (We're getting at least one)
New lower level equipment and weapons (We might be getting some)
Raising of level cap (LOL - yeah right)
Move all good usable drops into BCs and leave NM/HNM fights just for the glory of the kill and for crafting materials to make better equipment and weapons (e.g., Leaping Lizzy is now a level 55 NM that now drops the Lizzy Skin, used to craft a new type of +evasion boot and Valkurm Emperor is a level 65 NM dropping Emperor Wing used to make a cooler version of the optical hat without the +evasion bonus - moving the usable items into BCs but at the same time, removing the rare/ex status will be a nice move IMHO) Argue all you want about this change, but I'm sick and tired of camping against other players for a rare/ex version of items I really need, but the other players only need to replace the non-rare/ex version they already own so that they can make money gouging other players on the AH.
Raise crafting cap to 150 (They should, if they're raising the level cap) as well as readjust the crafting levels of all current recipes to reflect this change.
Add in nomad moogles to Selbina and Mhaura, but wait, why stop there? Also add Nomad Moogle that only citizen of the nation that is currently in charge of a region can see. God, this would make life easier, methinks.
For Ballista, they should make certain zones a free for all, allowing players to kill each other. Designated zone areas will change depending on the day of the week, or hourly ... should add a nice PvP atmosphere for those bored or want to exact revenge for the wrong they experienced (and for those who got vengeance exacted on them to repay the vengeance ... LOL)
Re: Multiple major cities in Treasures of Aht Urhgan?
I like the free-for-all idea, just make it so lv 60 PCs can't go off and kill a lv 10 newbie. Maybe a 5 lvl dividsion limit.
If there will ever be a new race, which I doubt due to the fact that they'll hafta make a LOT of new files for equipment, which isn't easy (people who make custom .dats for different races know what I mean), it will probably be a beastmen race.
And a Gambler job...I think that'll be a bit heavy on the wallet, also there's the evil side-effect of getting yourself killed in a slot-type attack >.>.
That's my 3 cents. Flame me, send me to the abyss, do w/e you want.

They would have to make the BC drops great drop rates. You've seen whats happened to Emp pin, PC, and Leaping boots. W/o a major overhaul, if they did this it would just make everything astronomical. Competitions is part of an MMO.

I'm not sure how mean readjust crafting levels for items. Why not just add more recipes for the next 50 lvls. Or better yet, just add more recipes for the current levels. I don't understand why a level increase should mean a crafting level increase. If you could expand upon your reasoning here please.

I can understand the desire for moogles in Selbina and Mhaura (I've wanted them too, maybe even including choco stables), but why should they only be visible to whoever is controlling the region at the time?
Sorry if I sound picky. I'm not sure some of these would really be helpful, and would like to hear why you think they would be beneficial to the FFXI community at large.

Re: Multiple major cities in Treasures of Aht Urhgan?
All very nice.. But in some Aht Urhgan pictures you can clearly see a very large city.. Anyways, might be in ruins now. The docks in Norg and at the tenshodo in Lower Jeuno is very very possible, since they're like pirates and Aht Urhgan is about ghost ships and stuff..
I could say alot more.. and estimates.. wishes.. but we never really know untill it comes out. :/ Guessing around like MAYBE WE GET GAMBLER JOB : D won't work. What actually is fun and interesting to do is finding REAL clue's to what might chance in the new expansion. For example, like Niwaar did. A few things are sure, and probably a lot of coding experts will agree, that the chance of a new race, higher level cap and such is very, very small.
Re: Multiple major cities in Treasures of Aht Urhgan?
For the last one, I think Aeni means add a Nomad Moogle to every region at every region's outpost, but only citizens of the nation controlling that region can use it. I don't see why they can't move more NM drops to BCNMs, either. Let's face it, camping NMs is tough and you can go for well over a week without getting your reward. I camped Leaping Lizzy for the 5 days before Christmas last year and killed her 16 times in that time period just to get the boots for my girlfriend, and didn't get the drop. That's on average 3 claims per day, every day for those 5 days. I was going insane. And that's claiming her - what about the other campers there that couldn't outclaim me? Even if you can get the drop at a BCNM fight, it still costs you dearly - for one thing, seals are very precious and limited resources, and the BCNM for the item you want may not be as profitable as others, so you're wasting seal. For another thing, you have to get people to help you out. Not only do you need their help, they also have to agree to let you keep the drop. There's travel times involved, possible item costs, you need a winning strategy, and considering the rate at which most people get seals, that's WAY more hours down the drain in a single run than camping the NM would ever cost you. Finally, you don't even have a guarantee the NM item will drop on that run. I think all that is a big enough price to pay. There's nothing wrong with making these sought-after pieces of equipment available in other ways. Look at Venomous Claw - it's practically the equivalent of a Scorpion Harness. It used to be only an HNM drop, now it's also a KS BCNM drop. It worked for the boots and the hairpin, it can work for the O-Kotes, Jujitsu Gi, and the other normal NM drops.
