Physical Earring (n00b question! YAY!)

I know that with the shield earring, you still get +10 HP even if you don't have any MP to lose to the -10 effect of the equipment. With the Physical Earring, though, the wording is a bit different, and I'm curious.

Converts 30 MP to HP

If I have no MP to lose, then do I still get the + 30 HP?

Nope. You get as much HP as you lose in MP. So if you have 13 MP you gain 13 HP. If 0 then 0.

conversely hp to mp convert works till you have 1 hp left.

it was both funny and sad to see a hume whm after being raised to have 1 hp, which also meant they raised fully healed lol, i wasn't in thier pt so i couldn't see how many mps they had, but they threw out a few raise IIIs without refresh or resting
