i have no remorse for people like that. first off, if the smartguy is going to make some pld nin nin nin pt... that in itself is worth a few slaps. second, yea we should all be the bigger person blah blah blah but you know what? i, myself get tired of being the bigger person all the time. why does being nice actually SUCK now?

I probably wouldn't have done it... I'm probably more of a sabotage-him-later type of guy... but I don't know. To invite you to a bad party, insult you, then kick you without warning is pretty well beyond forgiving in my book. I certainly don't have any sympathy for him, and it warms my heart to hear he got wrecked.

so those things could start attacking the pt immediately and not give them time to /disengage and run for it. I would have loved to see it though lol

Normal casting Escape would have given them a heads up and a bit of time.

edit: blast you BRP from keeping me from making an auto-merged post :p

Bind takes roughly a mere second to cast and then the monster immediatly attacks them if youre out of its range. If you Chainspell-Escape, the monsters sit inactive for 5-10 seconds before linking or attacking anything. Bind for the win.

Sorry, but when I say I am an expert on MPK, I have it down to a science. Ask Notorious BRP, my main is sitting in GM Jail right now on suspension as I type this. Ive been to Mordion Gaol over 2 dozen times now. I'd think I know how to MPK quite well.

Auto Merging this: If you want to get real fancy, Chainspell->Bind so that you can bypass Bind's large recast timer and bind a half dozen monsters on them in 2 seconds worth of casting.

i've been in frustrating pt's like that before. ive never mpk'd anyone, but i can certainly understand how you felt.

with 20/20 hindsight, you shoulda just left the pt once you saw it was 4 tanks 2 healers and no dd. whoever built that pt was an idiot. he's the reason i build 99% my own pt's after the jungles.

don't feel bad about it anymore. there's nothing you can do about it now. just be good from here on. that pt's failure was the pt builder's fault, not yours. You were just frustrated.
