Another method of installing dictionaries to IME is going through Microsoft Word, which is probably a lot better method. It is easy to do and requires less stress for the beginner. If you already followed FFXI Online's guide to installing IME in Windows, then you should have an option under MS Word which allows you to update or add to your existing dictionary for any language that you are working with (In this case, japanese)
