    there has never been a THF Update ; ;
    Umm ... in my 2 1/2 years of playing, thieves got tons of updates. Either it negatively impacted the job or, more recently, positively affected them.

    The one job class that has not been updated specfically in any positive manner has been DRKs. I think, indirectly, they've been whittled down to nothing more than a showpony among many melee classes and that it took every ounce, every gil and every trick to maximize the potential to that job class by very few and dedicated players. Meanwhile, you have jobs like SAMs that can easily surpass DRKs without fretting too much on the job potential. Kind of a kick in the face to many DRKs if you asked me.

    What I want to see is some changes made to DRKs that will give them some reasons as to why a party would want to pickup one, rather than having that job class become too equipment dependant to get an invite.

      I think Gambler would be a support job. As long as they make it so the Rolls of dice or Draw of cards only effects the strength and duration of the Gambler's effects and never strengthen the Mob or injure party members it woukd be cool.

      Gambler Rolls for Refresh, player recieves the effect of Full Refresh and gets all MP back instantly, or Half refresh and the player gets a slower tick. That sort of thing.

        aeni as a pro SAM i never got good pts after 59 because a DRK had better gear. SAM needs good gear to do good our DoT is choppy and the only thing SAM does is a big bang WS thats all we do. DRKs have a huge DoT and the WS arent half bad either so theres no need to bash SAM, but i do agree an update for DRK would be nice just think up what lol

          Well if you want some ideas comming up now of how a chemist would work you can always look at this thread: New job revailed? Chemist?

          The person that started the thread made a wild assumption but page 2 start to get more logical to IF Chemist was made how would it work to not break a craft such a alchemy as well as make more logical sense in function.

              :p

              Edit: Yeah, BLM get it too, but are too busy to use it properly IMO, and DRK was the one who really benefited from it. That and RDM/DRK.
