Rare Drops? Where are they?

Can I plz have the following rare drops for a THF...I know where to find the Leaping Boots...though its hard to get. But can I plz have any info on any lvl 30 and below rare drops and where they are found...I dont mind farming for them....but I hate buying...PLZ

leaping boots are now BCNM drop. Same as emp hairpin

The NM however drop a new item which are rare/ex with the same stat.

As level 30, you want to have a try for the Monster Signa staff ^^. Its dropped by Huu Mjuu the Torrent in Giddeus ^^. Level 18~ish. Also drops Zealots Mitts that sell decently too (30-50k on Remora). I hunted it as level 30~

The Signa itself isn't but the gil that comes from the selling of the Signa is

You know that List is missing an NM I found in Lower Delkfutt's Tower. Think it's name was Orna, spawns 2 others Evil Weapon Types with him. Not in Somepage's Mob list at all.

You know I couldn't find it in Mystery Tour either, but I did find it at Allakhazam. Apparently he is linked to a quest?
