Error Code FFXI-3100 WTF???

I load POL fine It checks my version of FF fine then I hit accept and it cant log into the server.Ive been dealing with this for about 45 mins now.I checked server status at Alakazam and Fenirir is Up so i dont know what the dea l is.I see that they are having AH and search issues in the game.This is now the 3rd day in a row ive had problems.Its getting riddiculous at this point.
