Even if the number of complaints was not high, the rating for Square-Enix is really really low. "F" ranking vs. "BB" that Blizzard has. That is not right.

The fact that they resolved their customer's complaints far out weights the number of complaints.

you cant go by those grades, they are very inacurate for MMORPG companys, because they go off a % out of those 40 or so that have complained, there are 1000s that are happy. The BBB need to change how they rate companys so it will work right for all of them.

Never could figure out how exactly that worked. Do you go to playonline's website to use it?

Yes, it's on the FFXI Website. In the top Right corner says "Friendlist Plus" click it and it opens another window were you login and you can use the messaging system to send to people on your list.

If this is down it's because the servers are down and if they are down then I'm sure everyone knows what's up, so no need to tell them. Well unless you are captain obvious, then it's useful. Outside of that friendlist plus is useful for that very purpose, I've used it to do exactly that before work alright for it. If you are expecting something of an Instant Message sort then it doesn't work like that but just send a message refresh it after like 5 min. or so to see if you got a message back works fine.

Only 1 annoyance with the "Friendlist Plus" and it's message window. It won't really tell you if you've reach the 300 character limit till after you submit, so you end up having to click on it's back button and keep cutting out strings till you are under the 300 characters to send it. It also seems like it's counting for 300 characters seems a bit off too though.

That or just looking at it on a monitor in that format just makes it seem like less.
