I just hit RDM Lv.50, and was going to be doing my AF here soon. How do we go about getting the +1 versions? I wonder will these just be another quest or something...

sweet, the site goes further to explain that POLUtils just cuts off after the 1st line, so maybe the Warlocks Tabard and Chappeau have the the bonuses plus what was there before?

It seems these come from a new quest in Port Jeuno. Using Pebbles' POLUtils at the very bottom of the Port Jeuno Dialog it talks about cleaning and restoreing your "dirty artifact armor".

at least port Jeuno's a lot better than saying somewhere in Vana'diel heck, I think that area has the least npcs in Jeuno

the 1 of the drg af helm does not enhance wyvern breath.. so what would one do for healing breath :x other then the below 33% hp

started looking some of this stuff up in POLUtils. all lvl 74, some of its better than AF2. I'm still drooling over evokers doublet+1. -4 Blood pact delay and +5 HMP, screw camping shikigame :p
