lost/forgotten password... what happens?

hey, i lost my playonline password. i know, i know, there's a place for you to write it down in the manual, but for some reason i didn't... it's very odd, because i use about 2 passwords (with minimal variations) and neither of them are working.

my question is that in the manual it says that they cannot give out passwords, but they can issue you a replacement. i do have my playonline id written down.

so, has this happened to anyone? what is the process that happens?

You'll need to have:

A) Birth Certificate
B) Proof of Address
C) Bank Statment
D) Driver License
E) Credit Card on your account
F) Your first born child
G) 1,000,000 ingame gil (If your on hades send this to Nejiko)
H) Your Play Online ID

Call S-E and you'll have to go thougha really lenghty process to prove you are you.

A place to write down your password in the manual??
I never saw this.

I wrote my PoL ID and Password details down on a piece of paper, placed in a reasonably secure place on my desk, and ''PRAY'' that I never lose them!
I don't know what I would do if I did, though I might be tearing strips out of my hair with worry though.

Just call POL service line.
They will ask you some question to verify your identity.
Then will reset password for your POL account.
