Pixie Earring

I haven't seen any sort of solid information on this, but I've seen some people saying that the Pixie Earring has a hidden effect of critical rate up, I was wondering if that was true - my linkshell killed King Behemoth and the earring auto-lotted to me, seeing as my PLD can't make use of it, but my RNG and NIN might be able to if it actually does have something like that. I was wondering if anyone could confirm/deny this "hidden critical hit rate up" stat.

It's a dex increase, more dex = more chance for melee crit, among other things...
