    Closed due to declined autorization...

    Hello, I closed my account, deleted my character, etc a very long time ago, and decided to log into POL to see if any old friends were on. However, when I log in, I get the following message:

    "Your account is closed due to declined autorization on your card and unpaid fees. You can reactivate....[etc etc]"

    I've had this message before when I didn't pay for a month, but I'm fairly certain I paid for the last month which I was signed in. I was using a prepaid card, which is now terminated, so there's no way for me to pay any of these fees.

    Question is, should I be getting this message at this point? Assuming I have had all my payments up-to-date, and that I cancelled my account well over 3 months ago.

    -If- I have an unpaid fee, what will this mean as far as credit accounts/balances/etc go? Should I just let it go, or should I take some sort of action? Thanks in advance~

    I havent seen this kind of thread since I was mod on the VN boards.

    Read the manual before you go and shut down your POL Conent ID.

      Thanks, but I don't see what the issue is. I cancelled payment and shut down the IDs before deleting my character, and at this point I don't even know or care where it is, as I'm fairly certain that I did everything accordingly.

      As the circumstances were, I really didn't have the ability to find the manual and read it before I shut down the ID, or before I moved out of the area where the manual is/was/might be. I would appreciate a real answer, instead of a troll answer [from someone who claims to be a mod, no less].

        Sounds like you need to check into the exact date you cancelled and the date of the last billing period. They say you owe money and you can't access POL until you fix the problem.

          Alright, thanks... I was really hoping it wasn't another payment issue, payment's what caused me to cancel in the first place. What exactly happens if I don't pay for the last month for a while? :X
