OOPS, i need help XD

Ummm, so ya i lost that little booklet with my ID and pasword and all that good stuff, and i dont know the info by heart, is there anyway to retrieve this info? Any help would be greatly apretiated.

You lost the book that has the registration codes on it- as far as I know that's un-needed. But nice to have, yah? </wakka voice>

Anyway, if you lost your user name and password.. well if it was saved on your POL viewer, then you can just look at it and write it down. I keep a text file with that kinda stuff on my computer- but I also memorized it.

You can call up the playonline support number.
As long as you have you last 4 digits of your credit card number and can verify other personal info they may ask, they should be able to give you your info.

Sorry- the POL viewer is what launches first. Y'know, PlayOnline? You have to login to it with your user name and password and then select FFXI. Basically, I'm just saying that first screen with your account and stuff should have the info.
