i believe the spawn time for emperor is like 2-4hour spawn so you might be out there for a while longer sometimes

It's a 1hr+ lotto pop, so its never gauranteed to pop when you think it will.

Yes, almost what ibrolies said. It's a 1hr-4hr lotto pop, after 1 hr clear the area of anything living and you increase the chances of it popping sooner. Otherwise if nothing is killed you'll likely wait 4hrs for it to show again.

Still possible though that you'll wait 4hrs even when clearing the area, but I've never seen Valkurm Emperor go beyond 4hrs to pop.

I was there recently checking on VE and I can't believe how many people are still there camping for him. They really need to make him a NM that pops more frequently or atleast 100% drop on the new hairpin to get these campers outta here.

And skrew up the time sink in place there? They do have the BCNM30 as an alternative to also get the original old "Emperor Hairpin" instead of the "Empress Hairpin" it those peoples choice still to try for Valkurm Emperor regardless.

Before they patched him, I recall him repopping in under an hour. Now, due to a lot fewer ppl camping him, he takes longer to respawn. Fewer ppl killing the random flies means fewer chances for him to pop. Actually only camped long enough to see him pop once...no drop. Other cpl times I've camped him, I've fallen asleep before he popped.

Well I've only killed Valkurm Emperor like 36 times. So can't say what I state to be the end all definition, but it's the most common result I've seen happen while hunting him.

It's like Jaggedy Eared-Jack I've killed him over 120 times (Still no drop from that rabbit XD ). His spawn times I could guess really well, just wish he'd give me that dang charm.

I think there's a chance he will pop within 45 mins, just not very likely to see that happen too often.

Long ago things like LL, VE, HMT, MDP popped under 1hr every now and then, and they didn't exceed 4hrs (if it's even possible). I didn't know lottery time changed with the patch, that's pretty interesting- I still doubt it'll exceed 4hrs. Most NMs usually pop within the 1-2hr area, so just keep at it.

PS: The BC seems like the better way to go these days, strategy and stuff are all over the place~
