those ratings are gouged by how many user complaints anyone can easily file. i wouldn't trust those. nearly every whiner will file a complaint.

Basically a few people were upset about a maintenece or being Mpk'd or some stupid thing and went to the BBB to complain. If you notice, about 40 complaints were made in total to the BBB which would be roughly .00000001% of SE's customer base, which would include FFXI, and any other game they made. That rating is complete BS plain and simple.
