Looking For "Killer's Mantle"

I've been having difficulty checking databases for this one item.

It seems that NO ONE has information as to how this item is obtained, even though it can be placed on the auction house.

Does anyone have any knowlage as to the wearabouts and means to obtain this item? I would be very greatful for some assistance here.

its a prize from a bcnm, not sure which, but the bcnm drops the other subjob latent mantles as well

I've looked at those on Somepage... not one lists Killer Mantle as a prize.

One of my friends stated it might not be out yet, as it was auto-collecte into databased by scans. But thta dosent make sence to me.

From what i see, its a bcnm30 that might drop it. Which one I have no clue.

That mantle drops from the BCNM Let Sleeping Dogs Lie - I'm glad I noticed this, as apparently some of those items have been missing in the BCNM lists for a while. All the level 30 Latent Effect shields and capes now are listed in their respective BCNMs.
