It's a knock off of all those free ipods or item X sites. Do a free trial membership for 1-2 things usually and make some friends sign up, then you get your prize. The free trials are designed to be hard to cancel so you get stuck paying for later months of the service and not all sites are legit in that they actually deliver on the goods (the two I tried a long time ago out of curiosity did not give anything). They are most likely taking advantage of ige's low gil prices and distribution abilities.

Probably not a smart idea to listen to sites like these...I'd consider them just as nasty as adware and spyware on my computer...

Well I really think they DO that. Because there are similiar things like that(psp4free.com nds4free.com ipod4free.com etc). And they all really give you the products. The catch is that you have to register at one of those offers, most of them will ask you for your credit card or some fee but thats all. But at those ****4free things you have to register at about 5 or more offers.

For now, I'd say that RMT of some form is still involved in something like this, scam or not.
