    Hey all i am a FFXI player. Im From UK and i imported the PC version of FFXI as soon as it came out in NA which i belive was 28 Oct 2003, After a few months playing i was a level 40 warrior and i cancelled my account. Now ive bought another copy of the game (The EU Version) Which contains FFXI + ROTZ + COP and im gonna make a new account soon, once ive made me account ill get playing again and hope to see you all :D. Btw whats the best server ? so i can find a World pass for it ?

    there is no best server. most all are practically the same.

      Well um i used to be on shiva, i want a nice and busy server so theres lots of people to party with but not to much lag, although the game is locked to 56k

        Just stick to the server that you're automatically assigned to. That will be the server that's fastest for your local connection and has the lowest number of players. It seems like SE is shooting to have an average of 2800-3500 persons online for a server population. I know that if Bahamaut gets over 4000 players it can get laggy almost anywhere (not to mention the 500 ppl in Lower Jeuno all raping the AH). I meet a lot of players from the UAE and other Middle Eastern countries these days, so I don't think you'll have too much trouble finding people in Europe/Middle East online during your peak times to play with.

          There is no best server, but if you're looking for a heavily populated server then I think Ragnarok is your best bet.

            Most servers are busy and always have people playing at all levels. Even with 1800-2000 at the very late hours ( Mountain Time:USA ) , I still can find people to party with.
