Name colors

What are our options for these things? Can we use the hex forms, or are we stuck using simple colors? Also, where's my Light Urple?

I tried Purple, but it's too purple, not Dragoon purple. I'm going to have to mess w ith it a bit.

As in names that appear over peoples heads? I doubt without doing some hard modding or using a 3RD party program that's not feasible.
