    Chameleon Capers Quest:
    Starter: Luto Mewrilah

After obtaining enough points with your NPC, talk with Luto for a new quest. After your done with cutscene, talk with Muhoho in Ru'Lude Gardens. After CS, Bastok Mines, Goods store, talk with first shop keeper -- CS. Windurst Waters, Chumomo -- CS. Back to Luto -- CS.

Lower Delkfutts Tower, J-9, touch ???. I-5, ???. Back to J-9 ??? to pop a Pot NM (soooo easy at lvl 75 lol). Touch ??? again for CS, and to pick which one you want (don't spam CS lol).

    Reward:
-Tactics Manual of Endurance (new healing technique - Soothing Healer)
-Tactics Manual of Fortitude (new tanking technique - Stalwart Shield)
-Tactics Manual of Might (new fighting technique - Fierce Attacker)

You can trade the manuals around to get all the jobs.

What differences do the new jobs make?

      &

Does that mean the cap on NPCs is at 60 now?

can you just give the manual to someone else? or do you have to do that quest before hand to be able to trade for the others?

        Yay, Ty for this Eohmer~

Cap is 60 atm til SE raises it some more. Will find out on jobs tonight (At least on Healer/Attacker ones)

Edit: And I think you actually have to complete the quest in order to get new jobs from trading around.

Edit 2: After xping, seemed like my NPC did same thing as always, just a bit different. Almost always started a fight with Dia II, which was nice . Wouldn't Haste as much though, and still silences Buffalo... Also, dunno if it was cause we were on higher lvl mobs, but she didn't WS as much -- 2/3 ws'es she did though were Rampage though, so I'm not complaining

Please can anyone help me out...... My npc mentioned the the empitness quest but when I got to Teleport Dem there is no Rendezvous point there?????
Is this because I have done the Promyvion quests? Or am I doing something wrong. Since it doesn't show us on the questlist, Could it be that I didn't actually get the quest?? She won't mention it again when I talk to her.

You're suppose to enter promvyion Dem. It's normally around where you have teleported in

              Double Post Edited:
Now my npc can last 25 monsters or 75mins in total. Not bad

ok so when you go in from the shattered teleport, it's not in the hall part you actually need to go into the next part? TY, the way it is written is seemed like as soon as you went in to the hall from the shattered teleport there was supposed to see the rendezvous point. that clears up a lot.

I'm having a problem.. not with my NPC (he's in the 50's, cleared the first level cap quest, on the 3rd weapon upgrade) but with a friends character who I sometimes duelbox when leveling the NPC.

I talked to Luto and got the dialouge for the 1st weapon upgrade, but Luto won't take any of the weapons I've tried. I tried 3-4 different level 1 weapons, and even a few level 2s... but I can't get any event to trigger. I leveled this 2nd NPC to about 37 before talking to Luto even once, but other than that I can't think of anything that might have caused this not to work.

So, does anyone know of anything that blocks the upgrade path from happening? Some quest being open, something done (or not done)? Someone else in my LS is having the same problem, and it's beginning to be rather frustating.

Hello. i was wondering if it is possible to "Trade" some lvl specific gear to my NPC Buddy. I read something about that he gets his dress to up where he/she is fighting (bastok, sandy, windy) i would like to give my NPC shade gear. Is that possible somehow?

                    thanks for the answer

Why is my NPC wearing smithing mitts? o.O I looked around online and I can't find anyone that says they're supposed to get those gloves.

Every sunday (when they do conquest tally for the week), you can do the quest again to get another Tactics Pearl.
