Would anyone be so kind as to translate this for me? I just got all the ingredients for the Goblin Goif, but the person who said he would synth it seems to be AFK or something. Then again it is late night in Japan right now.

Most I can read at the bottom is it says 3:00 or 3 hours. Maybe that's the time he's coming back?

Top line is craft skills, I know that. I dont' know what the third line is, but it denotes an action I think, since it has ���　in it. Also, the kanji for hour is in there, so it's probably the time he's AFK. I'm not really good at Japanese, I'm just starting out on learning it. Wish me luck T_T.

First line craft skills, third line says he's AFK until 3am Japan Time. Those kanji are ã‚Šã?›ã??ã?—ã?¾ã?™.
