choco racing quest

go to choco stables in windurst, sandy or bastok

talk to the NPC, they will ask if you will help them out. they will tell you where to go and youll zone out on a choco.

when you get to your destination, DONT DISMOUNT just ride up to the city entrance and youll get a message and a reward. if you take longer than 8 game hours (21.5 mins) you lose.

sandy > bastok, record is 19.5
bastok > windurst
windurst, not sure but probably to sandy

possible rewards include a bunch of gysalh greens, dunno what else

This seems to be a bit interesting, but if greens are the only reward, I don't think it's worth it. Also, do you still have to pay for the chocobo when you do this quest? I'll probably do this a couple times just to try out, but I don't think I'll spend most of my time going back and forth between cities on a chocobo.

if you get first on your server, you might get something cool. no idea, since i sucked at it. someone with me was good and still 30 seconds slower than record. however i have slow loading times... i think PS2 players have an advantage here.

no, they didnt charge you. i guess its a way to get a free choco now and then?

When is a chocobo ever 3k from a city, its always like 100g lolz. You cant take this quest from jeuno I dont think or crags so your still gonna fork out that 4.5k!!!!! for a mea chocobo lmao.

Um chocobos only last 15mins, either that or theres something seriously wrong with mine lol

theres something seriously screwed up with either you choco or your time lol

choco's should last 30min (unless you are wearing choco gear) unless you are getting them @ 15 from a city in which case they will last only about 15min

How do you get from windy to either Bastok or Sandy without stopping and going through Jeuno?
